It is now widely known that Mr. Shexnailder (unpopular developer & "Citizen Beach Blocker") has contributed mega$$$ to the CC Realtors Assoc. & Chambers of Commerce to mount a media campaign to destroy the Citizen Petition attempt to obtain a democratic vote against the blocking of over 7,000 ft, of Texas Heritage Padre Island Beach access.
How low can CC Council and a "greedy" developer stoop?
